Frederic Smart & Son Ltd is a dedicated food warehousing and logistics operation based in Cambridgeshire. We have also been involved in the agricultural merchanting trade since 1906 making us one of the longest established and most trusted grain and seed merchants in East Anglia. Operating from 65, 000 ft² of BRC AA grade accredited warehousing space, ideally situated in central East Anglia, with good transport links to London, the East Coast ports and the Midlands, Frederic Smart are able to offer a full warehousing and distribution service, specialising in food products. Frederic Smart trade all combinable crops: cereals, pulses, and oilseeds, and over the years have developed specialist buyback contracts for a wide range of commodities. In addition, the supply of cereal and pulse seed has been one of the major activities of the business for many years. As a family owned and managed business, we pride ourselves on the level of service and integrity we are able to offer, which sets us apart from the competition.
