SQUEEZE 3sec in the top for extra activation and contact. THE BEST booty building exercise on the market, if you ask me. вң–3. Stiff cable pull - 3set x 12-15reps. If regular stiff deadlift seems hard, this is a really good alternative. (Targets your hammies as well) вң–4. Cable side kicks - 3set x 10reps Tip is to bend your resting leg a bit, making the movement better and also activating the resting leg. вң–5.
