We've just received this wonderful letter from Mr & Mrs O'Flynn in Ireland and thought we'd share it with you, letters like this mean the absolute world to us!
To whom it concerns
We are retired couple in our late 60s. We had never owned a caravan before, but in 2018 we finally realised our dream, and bought ourselves a Freedom 'Jet Stream twin'.
... This was a big purchase for us to make and we approached the process with a little trepidation. Following exhaustive research we decided that the Freedom Jetstream Twin best met our requirements of a little caravan. We would like to express our appreciation to Freedom Caravans and particularly to Tim Birchall for the courtesy and care they afforded us every step of the way from initial enquiry, through to ordering, delivery, and after-sales service. Tim was very helpful in guiding us through the process of deciding which of the different options and accessories we would need. All our questions were answered in a straight-forward manner. There was no 'sales patter'. Just information. We paid our deposit and waited for delivery. Often in life one is disappointed when reality does not meet anticipated expectations. This time it was different. Since we took delivery in July we have been so pleased with the caravan and its specification. It has exceeded our wishes. The caravan is indeed what it says on the tin (in the brochure)! It is comfortable, well appointed and very easy to tow. We would heartly recommend Freedom Caravans to anyone thinking of buying a small lightweight caravan.

I purchased my Freedom Microlite from the friendly staff at Stafford 12 months ago and have enjoyed great hols around the UK ever since. My 996cc Dacia Sandero tows it like a dream, and still returns 38mpg. Small car owners ... this ticks all the boxes.

Great service from start to finish with no hard sell. Changed my tow bar, my electric pin, fitted the gas and gave additional extras and discount. Tim Birchall and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful. I now have a perfect little tow caravan with the added reassurance of their support when I need it. Thoroughly recommend this friendly, efficient and professional dealership

Decided to go for a Freedom Microlite Bijoux after having owning several Gobur's over the past 30 years. I'm so glad I did, the Bijoux ticks all the right boxes for me, the fact I can move it on my own is a massive bonus!

Collected my new Freedom Twin FLARE at the beginning of August and have spent a total of 20 nights away to date. I love how easy they are to manage by myself as I'm definitely not getting any younger! Thanks to all the staff in Stafford for a pleasurable purchasing experience, I'll send over some photos shortly!

Amazing little caravans, just what you need for touring around, I'm so excited to buy my all new Freedom at the NEC Show!

I have a little Freedom just love it. But we have our little girl on the market . Unfortunately my husband is sick so we have to sell our little girl. You can take them any wear and tow with any cars. Who every buy a Freedom won't be sorry that are great

Avoid this place, their communication is appalling, they told us 6 weeks but after 10 weeks of hearing nothing we cancelled and they won't return our deposit, shambles.

Very unhappy with the after sales service [?] we received

Nice vans..... (That's what the star is for! ) Pity about the appalling customer service! (Nil points!!) Lots of conflicting and some erroneous information given. Van ordered beginning of May and they couldn't even get their act together to have the thing ready by 22nd June!!!! They informed us of this only 2 days before, after we had reorganised our work schedules around that date. A whole day's income was lost! They offered us another collection date, 2 weeks later, but we completely lost trust in Freedom Caravans as a retailer, so we ended up pulling out of the sale. In spite of all the inconvenience, misinformation and lost income, they then had the audacity to keep our £250 deposit.... UNBELIEVABLE!

By the way, we now have a lovely little Elddis Xplore - cheaper, better quality fixtures etc AND it was ready for collection within 5 days.

After sales service (if you can call it a service) is appalling. We must have spent around £13500 buying a new Freedom caravan (which is great) from Stafford and we have had to keep chasing up an item that didn't fit when we picked the van up in April. 7 weeks later they at last post it out, but lo and behold the part doesn't fit. Will not be using them again for anything.
