Freedom Matters

Freedom Matters is dedicated to investigating the emerging role of the internet in the world of political campaigning. We monitor developments in online campaigning, and emerging trends in the relationship between the internet and political movements. We then report on those developments for the benefit of free market supporters. Freedom Matters was set up in response to the rise of email enabled activism on the left of politics. The internet has enabled greater interaction between politicians and the public, but the opportunities that this creates have not been fully explored on the right. Freedom Matters aims to counter that by encouraging supporters of free markets and libertarianism to make better use of the internet in gaining public support for their cause.
