As a certified training company, we have extensive skills and a wealth of experience delivering courses to a wide variety of clients including the BBC, Inland Revenue, Ofsted, HSBC, GP surgeries & legal practices. Our practical experience of providing Technical Assessments and end-user solutions through the Access to Work scheme (with JobCentre Plus) has enabled us to understand the specific needs of disabled clients who have dyslexia, visual & hearing disabilities, RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury), Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and other WRULDs (Work Related Upper Limb Disorders).

We have an established skill set bespoking speech recognition solutions (such as NaturallySpeaking Professional) into clients existing applications, systems and workflow processes. This includes creating bespoke speech recognition vocabularies, custom speech commands (to enable in-house applications to be voice operated) and providing customised training courses and support packages.
