We've just had our 10 year olds birthday party here. From the moment we arrive we were made very welcome. The staff are outstanding and getting fully involved with the kids. Nothing was a chore or to much for them. We will definitely be returning.

We have just had our little boys birthday party there today. Kim our hostess was absolutely lovely with all of the kids and went out of her way to ensure they all had something to eat and drink that they liked. Thank you Kim!

We had a party here today, couldn't recommend enough, the birthday boy had a brilliant time! Different areas that kept all the kids entertained, clean, good sized party room, party packages were good value and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again for a party venue or for the kids to come and burn some energy off. Thank you!

We had a join 7th birthday and it was fantastic. We were greeted by a very friendly young worker who was great with the kids. They had unlimited juices they wish both girls happy birthday and gave them a t-shirt at the beginning. The food was amazing, staff were great through the meal and made sure the kids took advantage of the free slushes. Throughout the hour bounce we requested songs and for the lights to be turn off (neo-lights) which was done and we felt like truly looked after and the other parents commented on how good the party was. We would defiantly have another party here and would recommend this to others.

WOW! Where do I start! What a fab glow party for my daughter and her friends. I won the Facebook competition and my daughter had her party tonight! I was greeted by a lady (really sorry can’t remember her name �). She was brilliant and patient with the children and introduced herself. Gave all children a tshirt, socks and they had their face painted. She then let them run free. All the staff on tonight were brilliant and you can tell they all love their job! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble tonight! So 8 very happy children tonight! Highly recommend a glow party at freedome!

Never wrote on here before but I bring my kids at least twice a week they love it the staff u have are amazing my kids know all there names go to them for help and they always make time for them my son who is 11 would rather stand with Brandon or Luke for whole hour than jump so well done on your amazing staff thank you

My lad loves it here it is the only place he wants to go lately. All the staff know him now we are here that often and they all try their hardest to help all the kids develop their abilities.

My daughter has just had a fabulous 8th Birthday Party here. Excellent venue, attentive staff, great pizza and all round excellent value for money. Return passes, free T-shirts, socks included. I’m so glad we booked her party here. Thank you for a lovely evening.

My 13 year old just celebrated his birthday in the Cheshire Oaks Freedome and had an amazing time with his mates. The staff are so friendly and helpful - well done!!

Highly recommend the party package. Keep up the good work.

I took my 2 and 3 year old on Thursday for the first time to one of the toddler sessions and they absolutely loved it .. staff were lovely and got involed with the children. My little one liked watching a few of there tricks she thought they were "brilliant" and they played with Liam (staff member) building towers with the foam blocks and knocking them down. He was also very helpful when it was time to go encouraging my 3 year old to put her shoes on as she didn't want to leave. Fab place. definitely back soon. �

Fantastic place. We arrived early this morning and the staff were extremely accomodating and welcoming. My daughter had a fun 2 hours of bouncing and dodgeball etc and myself and my husband some lovely drinks and snacks from the cafe. Highly recommend this venue and we will most definitely be back xx

Came today for the second time with my 3 children, this time for 2 hours to the neon session!

Kids loved it, we loved it, and just want to special mention Zack who my 5 year old was completely smitten with, all the lads there were fantastic and Zack made her night when he gave her two return jump passes!!

Friendly staff, awesome venue, loads to do, well laid out for spectators to freely roam and not a bad brew upstairs!!

Highly recommended... and we’ve been to a few jump parks ��

Came for nephews birthday party today and it was great. Attentive staff who made sure he was looked after. Want to give a shout out and my thanks to Luke who really looked after my girl when her knee locked up during play. It happens often but he saw and got to her before I did, stayed while we got it sorted and asked if there was anything else he could do. Please recognise him and give him our thanks again �

Booked this place as a last minute treat for my daughter.It was absolutely brilliant and she enjoyed every minute of it.Every single member of staff we encountered there tonight were so lovely and helpful and we can’t wait to come back.The lady who booked us in was friendly and helpful and interacted with kids as well as us (always nice when this happens), the lady on the cafe was so helpful explaining some offers they have on for future visits, the staff over the different areas were happy and friendly and even had a little chat and play with my toddler at the end (which made him so happy ).There is plenty there to keep young (and older) ones entertained and use up some energy.There is a soft play area for toddlers who are not bouncing and there are some very good deals on making it affordable for during the holidays to keep the kids entertained. thank you so much for such a wonderful family night out.Keep up the fantastic work!

We live Usa were we have lots of trampoline park and we go a lot, But I like Freedome as it was clean & tidy, Staff was ok but a bit talking to each other instead of watching kids, But The dodgeball court does need more supervision as my son friends got hit in face trust me it was not by accident and nothing got said to the other kid in USA that kids would be taken off the court ,

But I love how member staff explain the rules to kids when walked up the steps.

But thank you for good time we will be back when we come home again .

Returned here yesterday for my son's party but wasn't impressed with the party at all. There was just all small things but all put together just didn't make the party very enjoyable. Late party start, nerf guns didnt work, party host disappered for 20mins...its great clean place and staff are friendly, i just don't rate the party experience.

Well where do i start??? My little boy has left here in tears!!!...... I'm absolutely gutted!!.... First of all we arrived at the place where we was greeted by a very unpleasant man who was very unhelpful and rude (general manager) Then my little boy's presents in the buckets started to get mixed up!!....... Anyway once the children eventually got onto the trampolines 15 mins late they became thirsty and hadn't been told where the drinks were, 1 child's cup wasn't even there so i told the man (general manager) who reluctantly got another jug of juice and slammed it onto the table seeing this i then ran back down to fill it up for the little boy!! Then i went back up stairs to whiteness the young girl cleaning the tables and the actual plates with bleach spray so i asked her kindly to swap the plates!! Before the party i spoke to a young girl on the telephone to confirm booking who said my little boy would have 15 mins disco lights (as i had requested it) and his name mentioned "Happy Birthday" he also wanted a game of dodge ball with his friends but this didn't happen either. He wasn't given the freedome t shirt until after the party was over! The whole experience was so so so stressful and for the general manager to just basically stand at the front by the desks on his phone most of the visit was shocking!! To be fair to the young workers there tho they do a bloody good job looking after the little ones!!! I'm very disheartened about the whole experience �

Friendly staff, awesome venue, loads to do, well laid out for spectators to freely roam and not a bad brew upstairs!!

Highly recommended... and we’ve been to a few jump parks ��

Came for nephews birthday party today and it was great. Attentive staff who made sure he was looked after. Want to give a shout out and my thanks to Luke who really looked after my girl when her knee locked up during play. It happens often but he saw and got to her before I did, stayed while we got it sorted and asked if there was anything else he could do. Please recognise him and give him our thanks again �

Booked this place as a last minute treat for my daughter.It was absolutely brilliant and she enjoyed every minute of it.Every single member of staff we encountered there tonight were so lovely and helpful and we can’t wait to come back.The lady who booked us in was friendly and helpful and interacted with kids as well as us (always nice when this happens), the lady on the cafe was so helpful explaining some offers they have on for future visits, the staff over the different areas were happy and friendly and even had a little chat and play with my toddler at the end (which made him so happy ).There is plenty there to keep young (and older) ones entertained and use up some energy.There is a soft play area for toddlers who are not bouncing and there are some very good deals on making it affordable for during the holidays to keep the kids entertained. thank you so much for such a wonderful family night out.Keep up the fantastic work!

We live Usa were we have lots of trampoline park and we go a lot, But I like Freedome as it was clean & tidy, Staff was ok but a bit talking to each other instead of watching kids, But The dodgeball court does need more supervision as my son friends got hit in face trust me it was not by accident and nothing got said to the other kid in USA that kids would be taken off the court ,

But I love how member staff explain the rules to kids when walked up the steps.

But thank you for good time we will be back when we come home again .

Returned here yesterday for my son's party but wasn't impressed with the party at all. There was just all small things but all put together just didn't make the party very enjoyable. Late party start, nerf guns didnt work, party host disappered for 20mins...its great clean place and staff are friendly, i just don't rate the party experience.

Well where do i start??? My little boy has left here in tears!!!...... I'm absolutely gutted!!.... First of all we arrived at the place where we was greeted by a very unpleasant man who was very unhelpful and rude (general manager) Then my little boy's presents in the buckets started to get mixed up!!....... Anyway once the children eventually got onto the trampolines 15 mins late they became thirsty and hadn't been told where the drinks were, 1 child's cup wasn't even there so i told the man (general manager) who reluctantly got another jug of juice and slammed it onto the table seeing this i then ran back down to fill it up for the little boy!! Then i went back up stairs to whiteness the young girl cleaning the tables and the actual plates with bleach spray so i asked her kindly to swap the plates!! Before the party i spoke to a young girl on the telephone to confirm booking who said my little boy would have 15 mins disco lights (as i had requested it) and his name mentioned "Happy Birthday" he also wanted a game of dodge ball with his friends but this didn't happen either. He wasn't given the freedome t shirt until after the party was over! The whole experience was so so so stressful and for the general manager to just basically stand at the front by the desks on his phone most of the visit was shocking!! To be fair to the young workers there tho they do a bloody good job looking after the little ones!!! I'm very disheartened about the whole experience �
