•Due to limited space and being considerate to other clients, I politely ask you not to bring dogs, babies, children, friends, partners or food along with you to your appointment.
... • If you are ILL, please give as much notice as possible to rebook your appointment. Please Do not turn up with a cold, cough etc or under 48hours from having D&V, you will be sent home.
•Patch Tests - I am required to perform a patch test at least 24 hours before treatment. Without it, no treatment will be carried out.
•Infills - Infills are based on upto 3 weeks,anything over 4 weeks or less than 50% extensions remaining will be charged as a full set.
•Time keeping - please remember to always be on time with clean lashes.
•Make Up - Please ensure all eye-makeup is removed prior to your appointment. Time spent cleaning your lashes will reduce the amount of time spent applying lashes and may incur an additional charge. Please arrive with clean lashes – If you require a demonstration of how to do this, please ask. I also stock affordable products that are safe to use with your eyelash extensions.
•Non - Refundable Booking Fee - A non-refundable booking fee is required for all full sets of eyelashes A £20 non-refundable booking fee will be taken at booking to secure the appointment slot and this will be deducted off your next appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice your booking fee will be charged and is non refundable.
•Cancellations/No shows/Late arrivals - I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, you will be charged 50% of your treatment price aswell as the next booked appointment being paid in full upfront. If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will still terminate at the allocated end time of your appointment. This is to ensure I do not run late for the next client as this will put me behind for the rest of the day.
•Refunds - I am afraid I do not offer any refunds. If you develop an irritation with your lash extensions within the first 48 hours of having them applied I will remove them free of charge.
•Unfortunately I do not infill another technicians work.
