We are changing the way we do meal preps 🥳
As of today onwards you will have full control over your prep order. You will be able to order what you like when you like giving you control of your intake each meal. all you will need to do is choose your proteins, carbs, veg & sauces or let us know what you don't like and we will do the rest.
How do you order? ... You can pop in to our café and order direct with the team and wait while they make the meals up or place on the night time delivery and have delivered to your home. Cant get to us no problem call direct on 01706 668475 and arrange collection or delivery.
How much does it cost? Each Meal is £5 each 10 or more £4.50 each 20 plus £4 each
Is there a minimum order? There is no Min or max order needed of course the more you order the cheaper it becomes
How long do the meals last? from the day of receiving meals they will last 3 to 5 days in fridge as long as not opened. You can also freeze them if planning on holding them longer.
When do you deliver? We deliver Tuesday to Friday 5pm to 8pm Saturday & Sunday 9am to 2pm.
When can you we visit you? Our café is open Tuesday to Friday 11am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday 9am to 2pm
