recived my order this morning delivery was on time the driver very polite even offered to carry it threw to the kitchen as it was very heavy the meat pack i choose well i wasnt expecting all that the meat was lovely and fresh and well packed well worth the money will be ordering again when i have used it all their only 2 of us so should last a bit but like i said well worth money very pleased thank you

Went and bought the payday deal one Saturday afternoon. I walked away with 3 full bags of meat for ¬£60. Just looking at it it was better value for money than supermarket meat. The steaks were fantastic I got that many I was having steak dinner midweekпњљ. Really couldn't fault the service nor the product. Will be back when the freezer is empty. Just wondering if they do decent T-Bone steak, haven't had one since my local butcher retired.

We've used these on a few occasions now and they deliver to us in Morecambe. Customer service and communication from them is second to none. We received our ¬£120 package for ¬£60 today and we was told between 3pm and 5pm delivery, the driver was really early so we was out at a kids party but the driver came and dropped the package off with us at the party. Received my 2nd order yesterday, delivered in the allotted time given and I received texts a few days before and the morning on the day of delivery to confirm the time due. So far only had the Jerk chicken (beautiful) but couldnвАЩt be happier. I will order again as soon as my freezer is empty пњљ

Order from here a couple of times now and the service has been brilliant ok so my last delivery wasnвАЩt perfect but message straight away and this was corrected, some people that complain why donвАЩt you message them instead of slagging off all over social media.

I won a prize on Facebook where i won a meat pack for half price. When i went to pick my winnings up i was waiting there while my pack got put together fresh right in front of me and was amazed by all the quality on offer. The service that was being given to me and other customers was top notch and i canвАЩt wait to go again to fill my freezer up.

I ordered a couple months back and it was amazing, absolutely love that I can buy such a big bundle of meat for such a small price to last me, my partner and my kids all month. Very easy to deal with and lovely staff.

Food arrived last night, all packed very well with packed & use by dates. All looks amazing especially the steaks! Cannot wait for tea tonight! 1 item missing so messaged them late last night. Definitely worth the money. I have had a few deliveries to date and never had a problem. Sometimes items are different from the listed item but never lower quality.

Crap,I tried placing my order since Wednesday on there official site an here as they took days to confirm order,saying only today they "couldn't order" as they didnt read there messages fast enough basically won't be going again as obvious listening to customers as they cancel on last day to inform me.

WouldnвАЩt ever go here, theyвАЩve made up a time slot to which me and my partner waited in wasting all our Saturday morning they then claimed our address and contact details was wrong which was proved otherwise, they told us their driver took a picture of our door and they walked through a walkway to our house which donвАЩt have, the picture provided off вАЬtheir driverвАЭ was in fact a google earth picture from 2008. They said the driver will be here with in the hour after our scheduled time slot and was in an area 40mins away from our house yet tried to tell us they knocked 5 mins after they said they were 40mins away stuck in traffic which IвАЩm sorry unless youвАЩre Bruce almighty you arenвАЩt getting here on time. Pathetic excuse after excuse to try and justify themselves please donвАЩt use these if you actually want your food to be delivered. They even tried to say a neighbour regularly uses their service to which the neighbour in question has confirmed theyвАЩve never even heard of the place!

Placed a order to be delivered today...no text or phone call...email said delivery from 3pm...yet they say someone had turned up at 1.45...and someone has been in all day....wonвАЩt be ordering again

Ordered a few times but this will be my last, all steak was dark brown and smelt strange, the diced beef was VERY pale and also had a strange whiff even the dog turned his nose at it and the delivery driver was an ignorant ball bag ... "£70" was the only actual word he said then stormed off, not hello or have a nice day, will be going back to best in bury for my meat in future!
