Friar House are passionate, caring and have incredible integrity. I was looking for a ring to remind me that life has sparkle. From my first email, Victoria was amazing. She is obviously passionate about jewels from days gone by which have history and beauty that is missing in many ways in jewellery today. She cared and listened to what I was looking for, not in for a hard sell, but helping me find the right ring, sending videos, and available for chats and virtual viewings if required. No matter what your budget is, she is committed to doing the right thing and being part of the journey of picking something new to you. They have incredible business integrity and are highly trustworthy. My ring arrived the next day in the most beautiful packaging and was more than I could ever have hoped for and imagined. I'm totally sold when it comes to Friar House, I'll be back for sure.

I had bought a piece from Victoria previously I knew she was the right person to ask to help find a Ruby anniversary ring for my parents.
Victoria has exquisite pieces of jewellery and was able to show us a few options. We decided on a beautiful Ruby and diamond trio. It was carefully wrapped and sent to arrive the next day. By chance it fits perfectly but Victoria was always reassuring in that it could be altered if not.

Friar House have such an amazing selection of vintage and antique jewellery! And Victoria was so helpful in helping me find a birthday gift for my Mum. I have been looking for a while for an engagement ring for my partner, I literally have been all over East Sussex. Finally I found this little gem of a shop,which I recently purchased a four stone Art Deco diamond cross over ring from. This is by far the best shop around, and the staff are so friendly.

The most excellent range of art deco engagement rings that we saw during 3 weeks of searching. The staff were so accommodating it beggars believe. They reserved our favourite choices on their website and when we visited they allowed us to take our time with our decision, which meant there was no pressure and we didn't feel like they were just trying to get a sale. Also great correspondence while the ring was being resized. Can't recommend them enough, really lovely folk.

We have very recently bought a stunning Art Deco diamond cluster ring online from the beautiful selection Friar House has. The website is excellent, very clear and easy to use. The pictures are very good but can never truly show the sparkle or how delicate some designs really are!

Reserving the item was easy as were payment arrangements. The ring was re-sized perfectly and I received it the next day.
