Friends Of Moyse'S Hall Museum Description

The Museum is a 900 year old building built during the 12th century around 1180. Being a pub in the medieval times, it had turned into a prision in the 1600's. In 1992, the police has moved to their new buildng in St John's Street and had been changed into a post office. It was not until 1899, it has become a museum, which is still there today.
