Wow!!! The passion for their fish and their knowledge just blew me away! We ended our search for all the information we were hunting for as new fish owners here at Frisbys! We were able to make the choice of which tank to get and all the accessories we needed there and then and made our purchases here. No other shop we’d visited beforehand compared remotely! Every single one of the fish and acquatic creatures looked healthy, happy and exceptionally well looked after and the choice of equipment and accessories was extensive. I can’t wait to go back next week once our tank has settled down and the water has been given the all clear to go choose our fish!!! I absolutely cannot recommend the lovely couple and their shop enough! 5*’s all round!!! ��

Would never go anywhere else for my fish everyone is helpful and any information I need it just ask and they give you the best advice if they don't think it won't go in your tank they won't sell it iv got a big respect for the staff at frisbys and I 150% rate them

When I first went in to the shop i was after buying some neons, after a chat and a couple of pics shown of my tank I was advised not to buy any fish, but to sort out my tank (still fairly new then)

they don't want your money, they want what's best for you/ your fish

Yeah i went back and got some different fish after my set-up had matured. Will be going there for all my future needs

Very knowledgeable..when disease ripped apart my stock,I bought 15 fish from them to replenish my tank. They had to be red tail shark friendly.

2 months later..all 15 are alive and flourishing and my shark is happy.

It's a fantastic family feeling when you enter the shop Neil and his staff make you feel welcome and are well informed with every species of fish he sells and will go out of his way to help you. I just want to thank you all for the help you gave me when setting up my fully planted aquarium.

I'm new to keeping tropical fish & I went to Frisby's yesterday (19th Feb 14') and the staff were really helpful!! They advised me on the best fish to start off with in my tropical community tank & spent time with me explaining the different species & telling me about them! I would definitely recommend you to anybody, we've had nothing but good service. When my parents kept fish years ago Frisby's is where they would go!!

Got an axoltl from these guys 10 years ago and when she got sick they diagnosed her perfectly (couldn't save her but made her comfortable) where as the vets didn't even know what she was.

Always good prices and I always get my supplies from them.

Knowledge is second to none and they're a friendly set of guys.
