"Frogmore Day Centre is a purpose built centre in Yateley for clients with physical and mental health conditions.

FROGMORE DAY CARE CENTRE provides a range of facilities and services for elderly and mentally frail people in Yateley Fleet and nearby areas in North Hampshire.
The centre was purpose built in 2000, is fully accessible, all on one level with lounge and dining areas overlooking beautiful gardens. We provide a relaxed and caring environment for older people that is also safe and secure for people with dementia or mental health conditions.
We have a full activities programme including quizzes, music, arts , crafts, entertainment and games, which will take into account clients interests.
Services provided include specialist transport, occupational therapy, assisted bathing, foot care and a choice of freshly cooked meals or as required special dietary needs.
The centre is open 5 days a week and clients can choose to stay for an hour or two, 1 /2 day or all day. Individually-tailored care plans can be created to meet individuals' needs and choices
