Fryer Planning is an experienced design practice offering high quality residential design and planning consultancy services.

We help make your home improvement ideas become a reality.

Our design stage brings those initial thoughts to life in the form of sketch plans and 3D visuals.

Then, when the perfect design and plan is achieved, we progress into a full planning application submitted to the council for approval. Working closely with the council team to ensure all aspects are agreed, a successful planning application is then signed off.

The next stage is to show the council and the builders how the new extension to your home is going to be built so we put together our detailed drawing package to submit to council for approval.
With all plans and structural aspects now signed off, you are ready to build!

This single storey full width rear extension creates an amazing new kitchen, dining and family living space. Parapet-style roof with two glazed roof lanterns and two sets of bi-folding doors make this a bright and spacious addition to the family home. PROJECT UPDATE: We have some great projects live on site at the moment. This single storey rear extension in Bagshot is coming along really nicely. It will make a great addition to the family home and we cant wait to see it finished. Credit to LG Building and Landscaping for the photos and all the hard work so far.
