Frederic Bistro Gin Event
Were all ready for tonight’s Gin tasting event. We have some great Gins to share with you.
We also have a few spare seats. If you fancy coming along give us a call on 01622 247414. It starts at 7pm and is only £25 a head includes a French cheese board.

Our Bar/Waiting Team are the warm and welcoming faces of Frédéric Bistro.
We are looking for Bar/Waiter team members that can make every guest’s visit a delight by creating memorable experiences. You’ll thrive on having fun when things get busy – after all, in one shift you could be serving large parties, romantic couples and making drinks, desserts and clearing tables. Your excellent communication skills will ensure you keep the customers happy and the kitchen teams in the loop.

Wow, amazing place. Staff were lovely, polite and efficient. There was 29 of us last night and all the meals came out together and cooked to perfection!

Ulric was so helpful from the minute I enquired! Highly recommend this beautiful restaurant!

What a wonderful restaurant that actually adds a touch of class to Maidstone. Have been here a few times and each time we have had an amazing meal. Thank you to all the waiting staff and chefs that made our special family meal on Saturday night (15th Sept) so enjoyable. All 3 courses were delicious and one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. The brandy in the peppercorn sauce really made it and gave it a lovely favour. Will definitely be back and recommending you to friends X

Went to a Gin and cheese tasting night last night as a birthday treat for and what a great night it was. I can thoroughly recommend it to anyone. We will 100% be visiting again on several occasions

Well I bought a pair of shoes In Maidstone and the lady recommended Fredrick’s beasto to us, I was so glad she did.

We ordered a bottle of French Sauvignon blanc a very nice crisp wine with a nice taste of gooseberries xxxx. Then the roasted Camembert French bread with a fig jam the bread was munch. When our main dish arrived, our expectations continued to be exceeded.



The veal calves liver with garlic mash cabbage and onion Jus, very flavorful, a new dish to menu I was told, the liver melted in my mouth, crisp cabbage, and the onion Jus to complements the dish they all worked together beautifully. The other main dish was a Goat's cheese salad

with roasted pecan nuts, dried cranberries, sherry & walnut oil dressing, again all working well together By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit.

Highly recommended.

We often pop here for lunch and have always enjoyed the friendly service and delicious food. We decided to give an evening meal a try, we were not disappointed. Our food was fabulous, served beautifully, the staff tendered to our every need. We will be back again soon. Thank you frederics. �

I visited Frederic bistro yesterday on mother’s day with my husband and daughter. The food was amazing and the staff were fantastic even giving me a plant to take home. I am going to book a table for mine and my friends birthday in May. I can’t wait to eat there again!!

I had a lunch there yesterday with a group of ladies what can I say food was fantastic and the choice of gins was amazing I will be back.xxxx

I eat here for the first time on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. had amazing Eggs Royale and Parisian Grey Tea. We browsed the wine and gin selection when we had finished eating and the manager came and spoke to us. Very friendly staff, great attention to detail by Management and we will definitely dine there again.

Excellent as usual, never been dissatisfied and eaten here a lot, staff very good

Came with my vegan daughter, they happily made a delicious fennel risotto with orange glaze for her. Wonderful service lovely food

All round lovely experience. Booked ahead for husbands birthday lunch. Children (teens) not so inspired by the main menu,but to be honest we didn’t really mind as they really need to be a bit more adventurous.

The adults thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere, not least the fantastic selection of gins and wines on offer.

Pastries brought the kids back on board for pudding.

Enjoyed it so much we booked for a big family reunion at the end of the summer. Already looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The table was set up for us with a bottle of champagne in ice, just as I wanted! The chicken supreme was in a broth, and not in the usual sauce that it's done in, which was a delicious taste and so full of flavour. The service was excellent and prompt and polite. Our waitress (Irena) was especially helpful and good for the whole visit to the restaurant! We would recommend this venue to friends and will definitely be eating here again! A very good night for my wife and I.

Absolutely amazing food & fantastically welcoming staff. Highly recommend visiting here even if you just want to pop in for a glass of wine and nibble on some cheese
