About Fsci

FSCI works in Southeast Europe with marginalised communities: Houses of Opportunity, Early Years Education, Social Enterprise & poverty relief.

Fsci Description

The Foundation for Social Change & Inclusion runs a series of small group homes for state and foster care leavers; a group at high risk of being trafficked and exploited as prostitutes and of living a life in extreme poverty. The House of Opportunity Programme helps young people make the difficult transition from institutions to independent life through education and employment and close support.

The Early Years Education Programme provides a vital service for marginalised Roma people: access to kindergarten places for 4-6 year olds.

The Social Enterprise Programme provides employment and training opportunities for at-risk young people.

Our Development Programme helps to replicate our projects throughout Southeast Europe and enhances the capacity of local NGOs to effect change in their countries.

Our annual Christmas Box Appeal brings joy to thousands of children and families in Bulgaria and Serbia.
