Not often you can say an estate agent is value for money but in my case I felt the team went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

I can not recommend the team at FSS enough. Every time I have dealt with them about my property they have gone out of their way to help. Very rare to get that level of service in this day and age.

Helped us to find a great rental property and were always quick to respond to any problems.

I had to chase up as they didn't get back to me 2/3 times.

I was very disappointed when I walked in and was greeted by a grumpy schmuch named ****. He swore at me and then told me to go! I dont see how pit bulls aren't allowed in and it's an utter disgrace.

After expressing an interest in a property that would have been perfect, we called in with the papers for the property and we were told that my son also would have to look at it too in case he didn't like it. He had seen the property on the website and liked it too.
After we were told that he would have to view it, we made arrangements for my son to finish work early and meet at the property at 5:15pm the next day.
Friday traffic was horrendous but we were there and my son loved the flat, we were then told that someone else had viewed the flat that day.

I said I would be up to the office the very next morning first thing, which I was to make sure we got the forms in, to be then told the flat had gone.

Why did you not tell us on the Friday night the flat had gone?
Why bother showing us the flat,if the flat had already gone?
We met at 5:15, Your office shuts at 5:30 Do you not converse in your office ?
I think you need to look at your customer service and letting arrangements.

I now realise why we have a great housing crisis, thanks to the ruthless land lords and letting agents along with their fees....
