FROM FEBRUARY 2016, FTCL HAS BECOME PART OF NOVITASFTCL. Founded by Alexis Thieriet in 2013, FTCL provides senior, bespoke, and totally independent corporate development and corporate finance advisory services to clients – either established businesses, cutting edge developing ventures, private equity and venture capital investors, or management teams – operating within the Financial Technology industry. We would define Financial Technology broadly, including exchanges and all types of capital markets participants and infrastructures, payments, financial data and associated businesses, financial software as well as BPO, securities and trust services. FTCL's focus is on Europe and selected Emerging Markets, although the firm maintains a wide range of trade and investor contacts in the US. FTCL is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
