Went in with a problem with my road bike, clicking and crunching whenever I pedalled. Thought it could be my bottom bracket. Left the bike with the staff, who rode it and examined it and realised it was actually my saddle fitting which was loose and causing the problem. Diagnosed it and sorted it free of charge. Excellent service, would happily go again with any issues with my bike.

Went in yesterday afternoon to get my bike sorted great service reasonable price. Much better and Halfords their response is much better. ☆☆☆☆

The staff are great. Needed a new wheel and tyre fitting which was done in quick time. Would recommend this store over Halfords every time.

Waited 15 minutes for the bloke to admit he couldn't spend 5 minutes helping me as he was too busy to help although he admitted he probably had the spare parts couldn't be bothered to gotheextra mile found him lazy and patronising and had to waist money on parking for a useless lack of service utterly fobbed off waisted journey and time never coming back again to this shop useless staff

Tried to book in a service but you can't do this over the phone. The guy was pretty rude. And they are 40% more expensive than Evans. Reading other reviews it seems like I had a lucky escape!!

Moved from Australia with my Merida Reacto DA limited edition in a box. No tools etc with me to put it back together.
Found Fudges online and arranged a £59 service/put back together. Quoted a week turnaround, so they must be busy.
I specifically asked for carbon paste in the seatpost and handlebars. Some tuning had been done but it felt almost the same as before i took it in.
Left me thinking that it was a 20 minute job. Maybe the mechanic is under the pump. Also the front of shop staff didn't write down my requesy for carbon paste so I suspect it wasn't passed on. I didn't appreciate the creeking seatpost that I had to deal with myself. But, nice blokes, served a purpose. perhaps better customer notes needed.

called on the day when my bike was supposed to be ready to learn that it wouldnt be ready before an extra two days and that I would have to pay an extra 30% to get it fixed. I found this pretty upsetting given the fact that I had to call them to get noticed. On the technical side of things, the work seems pretty professional.

I can not recommend this shop enough. The service is unbelievable. They always have time to talk when you have a query. I have bought 2 sets of Zipp wheels off fudge cycles both times I have had the wheels next day after ordering. Keep up the good work.
