Blessed by the support and service i get at Fudges. I just ride my bike they do everything else to keep it maintained and working. The fit most new parts with a smile, while probably wondering why i cant do it myself. Thats lights, seat posts , etc etc ; you get the picture. Where possible they always do their best to support there and then. Really they make cycling a pleasure

My wheel got stolen and I needed a new one. Gavin was really nice, gave me a new wheel and tire for a good price and fixed in on my bike within 15 minutes. Really made my day having my bike on the same day! Thanks, will be coming back !

Most friendly and helpful workers ever. Lovely and great treatment.
Quick in repairs and always careful explaining what I need. Caring service. No pressure sales, willing to cut a deal and to be helpful.

Disastrous service at Harrow Road branch.
Sales assistant obviously wanting to close shop at 5:40. Not prepared to unlock bike from rack in shop let alone allow a test ride. Gave me his life story as opposed to address my questions. Caused offense by intimating that I might steal the bike unless I paid for it in full and get refund on return.
I'll go elsewhere.

I've used Fudges at least five times in the past 17 months since moving to the area.

I've always found the staff friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to explain matters to me.

The cost of parts and labour is not cheap, but then if I valued money more than time, I'd learn to do the jobs myself.

I have recommended them to my housemate - unfortunately his experience was the exact opposite to mine, but I can only speak for myself.

If I have but one gripe, it would be that their staff work humane hours and therefore close up at 18:00 on weekdays - if only I could get out of work and to their store by 18:00 I'd be fine, but I think the best I could manage is 19:00! This means I'm typically only able to leave and collect my bike on Saturdays and commuting to work by Tube for the period in between, argh.

Poor customer service. Dropped my bicycle on Friday and was promised that the bicycle would be ready by Tuesday the following week. Called on Tuesday and was told that the bike will be ready and I will get a text. Called back at 5 pm on Tuesday and was told that they had not started any work on the bike.. .was supposed to be a simple service. The person said that I was welcome to take the bike back if I didnt have the patience. Needless to say I picked up my unserviced bike back. Wasted a few days and the bike shop was not one bit remorseful.

Excellent...I have been shopping here for 30 years and it was the first time that it was a truly pleasant experience walking in. Instead of being cluttered and overwheming there was a sense of space and invitation. Mark, the adviser, could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, a good problem solver and was generous with his time.
After buying at least 8 bikes plus...from here over the years I can honestly say this was the first time my requirements were genuinely looked after.

I went in to Fudges in search of an accessory which they didn't have. This in of itself is perfectly understandable, however the shop assistant seemed uninterested, tried to sell me something else and was quite patronising. I felt talked down to, and won't be returning.

Thumbs up to Mark and other guys, very good advice on available products and helped a lot in choosing the right bicycle. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Excellent service, much appreciated and highly recommended.

Dropped my beloved mountain bike in just for a strip down and clean and wow looks brand new. Many thanks guys and big thanks to Leon in the workshop top rate mechanic.☺

Thanks guys for the great work on getting my bicycle serviced & repaired. It run's like new. I'm happy with the service. Will happily recommend and will visit the shop again in the future.
