Congratulations to Alice who graded to 5th Kyu Orange belt tonight at our Hertford Dojo. A surprise grading finally giving her the chance to catch up with her brother Tom and training partner Chris. Considering this caught her totally unexpecting she did a great job and showed good spirit and aggression throughout. Congratulations to Simran and Jason who both successfully graded to 1st Kyu Brown Belt tonight. They both gave an excellent account of themselves throughout the grading demonstrating excellent techniques under duress with plenty of aggression and spirit. We are all so proud of you both, whilst there are thousands of kids sat at home in front of TV’s and their X-boxes you both take the hard option every week in training, you are both great role models for those that dare to follow. Congratulations to Bryony who successfully graded to 7th Kyu red belt and Max who also successfully graded to 4th Kyu green belt tonight at Queens Dojo. Congratulations Lina from our Hemel Dojo who successfully graded to 7th Kyu Red belt tonight at Queens Dojo, a big thank you to Sensei Mikey as well as Simran and Jason for being Ukes. Lina demonstrated true spirit throughout her grading and truly deserves to wear her belt with pride.

Now end of term is here we have some fun sessions lined up this week...Tiger Tug of War, Sensei Sumo, Crash Mats and Spongee Chucks....and we’ll do something fun for the kids as well. Don’t forget we will be closed for one week from Monday 15th and classes return Tuesday 23rd April. Have a great Spring break everyone.
