Tips
The back is one of the body's biggest muscles, with compound exercises you are using more then one muscle group in the body. Also burning a much higher number of calories, in between sets rest for only 30 seconds. This is great for fat loss ;) Add wide grip chin ups, and deadlifts to your back workouts. This will really help build the back you've always wanted.

Steve cooks Shoulder workout.
... Warm up 5 mins- incline walk treadmill
1. Seated shoulder press, super set with lateral raises 4x10 for both.
2. Seated lateral raises, super set with seated front raises 4x10 for both.
3. Lying face pulls (cables) 4x15
4. Press up hand touches (above head) 1 press up then 1 hand touch, 2 press ups and 2 hand touches, and so on up to 10.
Stretch your shoulders out, get a shake down you and give yourself a pat on the back! πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻

Some benefits
The most obvious benefit of the shoulder press exercise is improved strength. The exercise targets several of the major upper body muscles including the deltoids, trapezius, triceps, serratus anterior and the upper portion of the pecs. This exercise is particularly important for women who tend to lack upper body strength. Although you don’t really need to worry about it now, as you age you begin to lose muscle and it could eventually be difficult to lift something as small as a can of soup above your head. The shoulder press is an important exercise to do now and continue to do throughout your life to help maintain your health and independence.

Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press. 3 sets, 4-6 reps.
... Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension. 2 sets, 8-12 reps.
Triceps Pushdown. 2 sets, 15 reps.
Barbell Curl. 3 sets, 4-6 reps.
Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl. 2 sets, 8-12 reps.
Standing Biceps Cable Curl. ... Palms-Down Wrist Curl Over A Bench.
Increase the weight for each set and have a 30 second test period between sets.

* BEAT 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg , salt and pepper in small bowl until blended.
* HEAT coconut oil in 7 to 10-inch nonstick omelet pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. ...
* GENTLY PUSH cooked portions from edges toward the center with inverted turner so that uncooked eggs can reach the hot pan surface. Eat and hit the gym!
To omelettes simple add cherrie tomatoes and spinach, for a healthy kick start to your day.
