Fulfords

Well i would like to thank Mr Gwinnett for his exceptional service. nothing was to much trouble. I was a little worried about the process but he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and kept me informed all the times. As soon as someone expressed an interest in my property he let me know. A couple viewed my property and agreed to take it and I was involved all the way along.
I was a bit concerned about, if things within the property went wrong but I was reassured to know that Fulfords would find a suitable tradesman for me but only on my instructions.
I must say I am very impressed it has been a first class service.

This is the second year we have let our property through Fulfords. Andrew Gwinnett did a marvellous job tracking us around the world, keeping us informed of progress and managing the whole process very professionally. We would suddenly think of a possible problem, panic, email from New Zealand, but Andrew had already dealt with the matter. We have been very satisfied with the quality of tenant. Thank you. My boyfriend and I recently let a flat from Fulfords in Kingston. Thanks to Mr. Gwinnett (Andrew) the whole process was an absolute breeze and we could not be happier with our new accomodations. This was our first place together and we were a bit concerned about the magnitude of the process and the quality of places we would be offered - our previous experiences with letting agents at University was not pleasant; but Andrew took care of every little detail for us and there was absolutely no need for us to worry.
