Hi we are a family run business based in Warrington Cheshire.
I had been trying to lose weight after having my last child and started having smoothies for breakfast, homemade soup for lunch and a healthy home cooked evening meal. As a result, I have so far lost 2 stones! We then decided to start doing meals like this for others as we know how difficult life can be with working and children!
We provide tasty and healthy smoothies, soups, meals and much more.
We offer low fat, low calorie smoothies and soups that are perfect to use if you are trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle. They are filling and satisfying too!
Our meals are made with other flavours in place of salt to keep them tasty but healthier. Meals can be individual portions or family size.
We also do sandwiches and healthy breakfasts.
Delivery on orders over £10 in the Warrington area.
Unless stated, all of our foods are freezable and come in microwave / oven safe containers clearly labelled. If you have any allergies please let us know.
