FullaLoves! Hahha- Ordered on the Sep 22nd.Then had to email as no parcel had arrived therefore contact Ben who finally got back to me on the 29 of Sep (6 days later), the problem was I only paid £4.00 for postage as that was the only option on the website. when I went to check out Ben said I would have to pay a extra cost of £6.00 to ship to Liverpool Which was not the problem After trying to get hold of Ben who was slow at replying to my email's! ( I asked him to PayPal me the addition cost) then i got this message lol --BEN-- have simply refunded you in full, I'd rather drink them myself.

Thank you, Hands up great little email there did make me laugh but on business terms lack of manners, slow reply and also very rude if this is how you treat customers Im glad I have had a refund!!. Working in 35 countries and across 5 continents I will be sure to pass the message on about this place! and for everyone to give it a wide brith!! i look forward to my refund Pending until Oct 2017-- I have to click 1 star But I wouldn't even give this company a half a star!
