We fund charities to improve outcomes in education, health and wellbeing for disadvantaged groups in Africa. Long before Covid-19 moved into the global headlines as a pandemic, the malaria and typhoid epidemics have indiscriminately ravaged communities in Africa. Health sectors in most African countries are frailing with poor infrastructure, pharmaceutical screening and regulatory oversight. African communities continue to be the world's laboratory for clinical trials further leading to drug addiction and higher death rates. While global attention is focused on expediently managing the current pandemic we hope to harness some urgency to also support communities to eradicate malaria and provide cleaner water sources to prevent the disease.
