Welcome to FunZone, an award winning, family run business situated half way between St Albans and Harpenden. We are unique, being the only retail and hire fancydress and dancewear shop in the area. No appointments needed, just come in during opening hours and give yourself plenty of time for trying costumes on or fitting dance wear and shoes.

We have a huge variety of costumes to buy and hire to suit all themes, ages, sizes and budgets with accessories, hats, wigs, make up and lots more to compliment your costumes. We specialise in affordable outfits and accessories for children's school events, plays, Book Days, Christmas and Nativity plays and we can be very inventive with all sorts of ideas to assist frazzled parents.

We have over 26 years experience of design, manufacture and sales of fancy dress, supplying some of the top tourist destinations and attractions throughout the UK including the Royal Palaces, English Heritage and Sherwood Forest and extensive experience within the Live Action Role Play (Larp) scene, so we like to think we know a little bit about dressing-up !
