AVOID, I had to threaten the small claims court to get a refund before the item was even delivered. Read on........
I bought a bed from Furniture123. After approx 6 weeks I began to wonder where my bed was. I got in touch and was advised of a new delivery date. The date passed and there was still no sign of the bed. This is where the pain started.
I asked for a refund but was told this wasn't an option as the bed was in transit (it must of been coming from the moon considering how long it was in transit for).
I was advised by an agent to contact the delivery company to refuse delivery and then notify F123 when delivery had been refused so I could have my refund processed. I did just this, to be advised by a different agent that they needed to get a notification from the supplier that the bed was returned to the depot. After getting the run around for over a month (and 24 emails) trying to chase down my refund, I had to threaten recourse through the small claims court to get my refund. To my surprise, 3 days after threatening the small claims court, my refund was processed.
To anyone out there who this relates to, please be aware that the small claims court is there to use for situations like this. And its free.

Sent wrong bed base. Tried using their messaging service, noone got back to us. Phoned, 4 hour hold time. Someone called back, would not take word for it, told had to reopen the packaging to take a photo and email it to them, even though the label said what was in box. Nobody called for back for 5 days. We called again, had to explain the whole issue again. Agent finally found the email but said they would have to pick up package before they could send a replacement. We explained not acceptable we needed our bed. Eventually agreed to pick it up and deliver replacement 5 days later! (couldn't use same van though so had to be around for both couriers). Only received an email for the return but not to confirm delivery of replacement. Called day before delivery, was promised replacement would be delivered next day. Booked day off work. Incorrect base was picked up, waited all day, no delivery was made. Called them again, told no record on the system for replacement, we had been lied to by previous 2 agents. After a lot of frustration and convincing the agent agreed a delivery of replacement the next day. Thankfully it arrived.

2 weeks to finally get the bed we ordered.

Absolutely terrible experience and terrible customer service. They made this extremely difficult for us, they wasted our time. This was their error but they made us jump through hoops to get the product we paid for. Will not use again. Very disappointed!

I bought my entire bedroom set at Furniture 123. When I first ordered, I had issues with my bed due to few items missing. I made countless of complaints as the bed parts arrived after 2 months and as a result, I slept on the floor. I was furious and angry cause items were also missing for different parts of other furniture. Despite these, their furniture are of except exceptional quality and absolutely stunning. I ordered again considering the item may take another 2 months to arrive but the item came on time with some scratches. I was offered a discounted price and I happy. The story is, your item is delayed, just be patient because it is worth it in the end. 4 stars, because delivery/warehouse is slow. Overall stunning furniture.

Do not buy from this company, they are refusing to pick up damaged items and replace them. We have sent over a dozen emails to resolve this matter, the price may seem good but the quality is bad despite spending over £1000.00, photos speak for themselves.
