Some Pad Bashing Kicking going on here! To quote Bruce Lee - "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times." Our ladies are stepping up with their Kicking ability and those Pads suffered!

An absolute blast of a Grading was held on the 23rd March. All the Ladies present showed all that had been taught over the past few months with exceptional delivery. The Atmosphere in the Hall was buzzing and the support for each other was simply fantastic. Congratulations to all! Well deserved passes and New belts to be worn with pride for all the hard work. The Journey to Black Belt has officially begun!
