Fusilates Description

Fusilates is a method of Yoga which blends in elements of Qigong and Pilates resulting in a beautiful and flowing regime. In session we will stretch, strengthen, bring balance, love and peace to the Mind, Body and Spirit.

Suitable for all ages, levels of experience and abilities.

Pranayama - If you can breathe, you can join us in Fusilates, the breath is the core of what we mindfully connect to through movement, asanas, sequences and meditations.

Fusilates encourages a positive energy flow through our whole being. During our final meditation, we reflect and absorb the benefits of the session. At this point participants can fully allow themselves to let go and simply be, as they are guided through a tranquil and revitalising meditation.

Fusilates is a sanctuary for your Mind, Body and Spirit, allowing you to release any outside worries or stresses. It can be a way to heal the body and bring harmony to the mind. Your session won’t end when you leave the yoga mat – from postures to breathing, you will be able to carry forth Fusilates into your daily life.
