Future Cycles (Leicester Ltd.)

Have just completed the basic and advanced wheel building courses. Absolutely brilliant, the teaching was fantastic, the discount for parts to build my own wheels was very generous and it was the highlight of my week! Couldn't recommend them enough.

Absolute daylight robbery!!! This place sells tatty, second hand bikes for more than they would cost brand new!!

Visiting Leicester, I often pass buy Future Cycles deliberately, I have a interest in vintage cycles , and the development of cycling as a modern form of transport ,this shop has it all for me , I am fortunate enough to have had the chance via sky ride open days to ride modern hand pedalled, and leg driven trikes , and of course wobbled about on a small penny farthing ,handy for the shorter chap which I am .Luckily for me on this day I was on my way to the Apple Store having locked myself out of my device, I came across one for sale , a, I found the staff very helpful , and knowledgeable.I am now the proud owner of a slightly small vintage penny farthing at a slightly discounted price thanks for the opportunity , kind regards Lee Martin

I use the bike park regularly and would highly recommend it. They gave my bike a good service. I left my bike with helpful staff in the morning and was ready by 5pm same day. Great value, very happy.

Took my bike in for a service at Town Hall Square (The staff at St Martins are great) It came out worse than before they 'serviced' it. Charged me £60 as I had a new tyre and didn't even wash it. Said this cost extra! Gears slipping etc and said the components aren't good.....what on a £500 bike! Said I needed new cables.
Utter pleb behind the counter knew less about bikes than my 7 year old son and I doubt he could read or write as well either. He even started giving me lip as I walked out.
Took it back after a couple of weeks and they then said the chain needed replacing.
My point is, my bike was fine before. All I wanted was an annual service and if I had followed their suggestions it would have cost me around £100.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS...these idiots are nothing more than rip off merchants.
