Teaching Mike Tyson boxing techniques last night to the advanced students. We trained the right body hook and uppercut combo adding in a left and double roll. The signature jump curve to uppercut, slipping head movement moving forwards and the leaping left hook!

Yesterday was the first time and am very happy and I can continue for a very long time

With just 8 weeks before my first amateur MMA fight I needed a coach and class that would take me from zero to fight fit quickly. I was recommended to Fuzion and could not of wished for a more perfect academy. Within the first class my already decent fitness levels were put to the test and found myself sweating more than any workout before, this is the kind of training that transforms the conditioning of even the avid gym goer with mental work to boot.



Fuzion welcomed me with good people, good coaches and a solid guidance into the program. 8 Weeks later my confidence entering the cage has skyrocketed and it's all down to Fuzion Academy.

When I started fuzion I was not confident and very unfit but from the first class I was hooked and now a black belt at the club, it has changed my life. Great club, great coaches, great students. Get yourself down!!!

We love it as a family Richard is a great coach great man very friendly atmosphere lots of lovely people being going for three years me and my two children 11 & 13 now it's great because keep you fit & confident that you can look after you so if you need to I recommend it to anyone at any age One of the best things we've done as a family we are part of the Fuzion family

Very friendly and approachable trainers. Great facilities and equipment. Other participants were very welcoming to myself a complete newbie and was always given help and tips throughout the sessions. Definitely worth a visit if you were on the fence about taking up kickboxing or just if you want to get a bit fitter.

This is a great place to train. Everyone is nice and really friendly and the trainers a superb i could not ask for a better place to train. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to learn a new skill and kickboxing is the way forward.

Richard is such a talented instructor. My son trained with him for several years; achieving a black belt by the age of 9. Richard has a unique way of inspiring kids (and adults!) to achieve their best; he and his team are really warm and friendly and manage to motivate everyone in a positive and fun way through connecting with people. They really give the personal touch. Great role model for my son. Huge thanks for all your great work: keep it up!
