The Oulton Park showdown brought some of the best racing we have seen all year. Congratulations to all the FWD supported teams in Superbike: PBM Motorsport, JG Speedfit Kawasaki, Be Wiser Kawasaki, Anvil Hire Tag Racing, Gearlink Kawasaki, Bennett's Suzuki, Team WD40 and RAF Reserves. In the Supersport class: Team Traction Control, Gearlink Kawasaki and Appleyard/Macadam Doodson. The 600 Evo Class: Newman Racing and I N Competition. The 600 Superstock Class: Team Traction Control and Team WD40.

Congratulations to Ian Hutchinson for scoring podium finishes at both the North West 200, TT Races and the Ulster GP Superbike and Supersport races making it a clean sweep of the major International podiums on board the PBM Superbike and the Team Traction Control Supersport bike, in collaboration with FWD.

The fifth round of the British Superbike Championship at Knockhill saw reigning champion Shane 'Shakey' Byrne taking another double race victory with Scottish team-mate Stuart Easton claiming a double podium at his home track. Congratulations to the whole team, for a brilliant effort and briliant result, powered by FWD engines.

Shane 'Shakey' Byrne strengthened his title defence by doing the 'double' at the Snetterton BSB round this weekend, scoring his first double victory of the season for the PBM Kawasaki team. A superb start saw him complete the first lap with an incredible 2.3 second lead. A testament to the on going engine development work by FWD.

Congratulations to the TT hat trick hero, Ian Hutchinson, the PBM Motorsport Team and Team Traction Control for their wins in both the Superbike and Supersport classes. An amazing achievement for Ian to come back after his Silverstone crash five years ago....

What a TT week so far...congratulations to Ian Hutchinson and the Paul Bird Motorsport Team, using F W Developments prepared motors, Ian's comeback and determination has been repaid with the runner up spot in the Superbike race, and winner of todays Superstock race. Ian has also won the Supersport race on board the Team Traction Control R6, which features the cylinder head designed by FWD.

FWD are thrilled to be working with Ian Hutchinson, on a pure road racing campaign. We were all treated to an excellent day of racing at the North West 200 with Ian Hutchinson giving both himself and the PBM Motorsport Team yet more podium finishes with a hard fought second place in the Superbike race followed up with third and a new lap record in the Superstock encounter.

The PBM Racing Team of Shane Byrne and Stuart Easton endured varying fortunes at round three of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship held at Oulton Park, but still came away with a win and a podium. Congratulations to Stuart on his first win of the season. Congratulations also to James Ellison on leading the series going into the summer break. FWD are proud to be working with both teams.......

There was some brilliant racing from Donington Park, British Superbikes, this weekend. Congratulation to Shakey Byrne, Stuart Easton and the PBM Team on some great results. Looks like the FWD winter development engine work paid off.....
