This workout is a cardio based workout program created by an MD graduate who has a great passion for health and fitness and most of all dance. With years of choreography and teaching experience and furthermore years of fitness; this workout integrates all into 1 program you are sure to love and crave.

If you are one for the dance floor you'll love burning a bunch of calories to songs you hear at Tamil formals! From classic hits to new songs; this workout has got you covered!

Want washboard abs? you've got it. . . with 10 minutes a class of pure abs you sure are to see results! and Furthermore this isn't just your ordinary workout class; there will be a large emphasis on working out your whole body. . . So don't just work out. . . Rock out! Have some fun and come see what we are all about!

Abi is the best personal trainer That I have ever met she is very determined on her clients to reach their goals. Especially for me I have started training with Abi 1 year ago and I could see a big of a difference in myself such as being fit and healthier. Still my diets are not that great but as are working to fix this. I still can see a huge difference in myself, I do 3x session with Abi per week. I would definitely recommend Abi; she is a fantastic personal trainer.

Keeping fit while being a new mum has been the hardest thing to find balance. As my bubba hates sleeping and doesn’t sleep through the night (wakes up every 2 hours), it’s been uber difficult to find the energy to keep consistent on my fitness!
Yes I’m a personal trainer but I can struggle too! It’s absolutely normal! The point is I try my best to do what I can, when I can! And that’s all it takes to lead a better and healthier lifestyle! So don’t give up 😊

Healthy blueberry muffins to drool over! Want some?? Give the recipe a try and tell me what you think! #recipe
Ingredients: 2 very ripe bananas 2 eggs... 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup brown sugar of choice 1/3 cup milk of choice 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 150 g blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt (finely ground) 1 cup rolled oats 1 1/2 cup wholemeal flour 1 tsp baking soda
Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 or 175 degrees Celsius. Mix well all the wet ingredients in a food processor and follow with oats. Mix rest of the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Fold in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined (don’t overmix). Fold in the blueberries. Bake for 15-20 minutes and voila! 😊 enjoy! Delicious and healthy!

Before jumping to conclusions that rates are too high, just simply do some research and then judge if pricing is fair. All it is is a simple google search.
When enquiringly, claiming a cost is too expensive without looking into how much a service would cost to begin with, wastes both of our time. Just some food for thought. 😊

Warm, healthy and hearty spicy chicken arrabiata soup! Super simple but oh so yummy just in time for fall. The recipe makes 4 hearty servings at less than 400 calories each. Who said healthy choices couldn’t taste good?
Ingredients: 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 can of chopped tomatoes... 1 bottle of passata 2 cups of water 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs 1 small onion finely chopped 1 green chilli finely chopped (de-seed if needed or keep as is if you like the heat) 3 garlic cloves minced 1 red bell pepper finely chopped 2 celery stalks finely chopped 1 1/2 cup green beans chopped 1 cup mushrooms chopped 1/2 cup pearl barley 1/4 cup red lentils 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp chipotle chilli flakes (optional) Salt and black pepper to taste
Using an instant pot makes this uber quick.
1. Add the EVOO to the pot and once hot add the onions, garlic and green chilli and let it cook for one minute.
2. Add the celery and red peppers and allow to brown. Once fragrant, add the rest of the veggies along with the chicken, salt, paprika and pepper. Give it a good mix.
3. Add the barley and lentils first and mix then add in chopped tomatoes, passata and water. Give it a good mix and season with chipotle chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Give everything a good mix.
4. Now time will work this magic. On an instant pot, cover and put it on the stew/soup function for 45 minutes. In a slow cooker, low to medium heat for 4 hours. On stovetop, low to medium heat for two hours will do the trick.
5. Remove the chicken and shred with a fork (it should fall apart easily). Add back into the soup and give it a good mix. Season if needed.
6. Voila! Enjoy!
Hint: Before serving, rip up some fresh basil and stir through for an added element of flavour and colour.

Baked figs topped with fat-free Fage yoghurt, a drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon 😍😍😍😍 when the sweet tooth kicks in, there’s always a healthy option that tastes amazeballs!! If you like a good fruit crisp or pie, this is definitely a must-try!
Simply cut gifs in half and place in a tray and bake for 12 minutes on gas mark 6. Remove and spoon into bowl, top with yoghurt and the rest of the toppings and voila! Creamy, fruity goodness 😍😍😍

Client diaries: I started working with this client just over 5 weeks ago. Our goal and philosophy is long-term sustenance. This client was used to trying yo-yo diets and couldn’t maintain the results. She saw dieting and exercise as a chore and gave up a lot with her previous regimens. We developed a plan for her where she didn’t calorie restrict but rather understood her macros and understood how to eat! Her plan included a weekly c...heat meal with working out 3 times a week allowing adequate recovery. She asked to for some focus on her back and these are her results (picture was taken in the same outfit 3 weeks apart). At a healthy weight loss of 1lb per week, she’s been able to maintain her diet without large sacrifices and is making lifestyle modifications that are sustainable! Fitness is a lifestyle not a fad! I’m a proud mama ❤️ just trust the process!

So I went to the first class last week just to try out but now I am in love with this class. Abi is an awesome coach!!! This class is pure cardio and abs!! I really enjoy Gaana Groove Workout. Abi is an amazing instructor. She has awesome songs and moves and she will make sure you get the best in the 1 hour workout. I love these classes! Not only are they fun, but the instructors and attendees make a super comfortable environment for learning. There's a large variety of songs, and new songs are constantly being added. I always feel like I am getting an amazing work-out when I walk out of Gaana Groove classes. Abi has made a great work out plan and I definitely recommend it for anyone that wants to get or stay fit! Don't forget to bring water!! :P

I absolutely enjoyed today's Gaana Groove Dance workout class even though my legs are sore at the moment!! The workout ranged from low to intermediate level workouts and dance moves, with very catchy adrenaline-boosting music! Overall I found the class both fun and challenging and I am definitely looking forward to my next class!

Gaana Groove is a super fun workout, and I really enjoyed it! It's perfect for those of us who get tired and bored of working out at the gym by ourselves, running on the treadmill for hours. Abi's dance choreo helps you to work out all parts of the body, and leave you feeling so good when your done! I've had the privilege to work out with her on a one-on-one basis and truly admire her dedication to helping one look and feel good through her encouragement every step of the way!
