My son bought a car from Gables and it came with a 3month Warranty.
After 2months we noticed a problem with the clutch we returned the car and it was repaired within a few days
All under the warranty

Sad to say that my experience wasn't great. Could not provide any details on full service that was supposed to be done. The car had no service for 20k and yet the only thing that needed replacing was an oil change! I find that very hard to believe. The guy was stuttering and hesitant in response because, in my view, he was both unknowledgeable when questioned and put on the spot. In future may I suggest that you provide full details of service that had been done. If you were so confident then we could have taken the car, had an expert reviewed, and there would be no comeback, but this was dismissed right away.

Took my mum to Gables to view a Nissan Micra. Found a lovely car, had a test drive and purchased. Very friendly and helpful staff. Made the whole process stress free. Highly recommended.

Very nice family run garage

Absolute awful service! Contacted garage before visiting, to be told the vehicle has had a new clutch fitted, then we made a scheduled visit to view the car the next day, nobody seems to know what car you are talking about "all cloak & dagger". An apparent sales person called John eventually appears on the day stating that the vehicle is still in the work shop and cannot be viewed, so a wasted visit. John takes my number down in his book and promises to call me when its ready to view. Nothing heard all day, so the next morning I decide to call the garage to arrange a viewing, to be told "oh the cars gone, its been collected" I said what was he going on about as i was awaiting a call. He replied " The bloke with the escort paid a deposit yesterday but i didn't know cos there are two Johns and he was in Scotland." I said he was talking nonsense if they don't talk to each other, when apparently he was the only "John" dealing with it and the one I had met previously! He said well these things happen and he didn't know or remember to call me. The whole outfit appear to be cowboys, so I would NEVER recommend them.
