Here at G. A. CARLYON we have been operating for over 100 years with in Cornwall
We have been running from our own yard in Mt Hawke for over 100 years and have a good range of tipper lorries and plant machinery needed for any job.
We are a family run business with the forth generation in the ranks, all with experience and knowledge of the haulage and plant hire sector with all relevant qualifications and tickets.

On Sunday the 14th July we will be participating in a costal walk to raise money for prostate cancer along with Hopleys Coaches and friends. The charity is close to our hearts as Graham Carlyon and a friend and employee of Hopleys coaches are both currently battling the cancer. Hopley’s will be supplying a coach for the event and would welcome anybody to attend. Soooo here’s that job I was talking about. Today the JCB scooped up a Bride & Groom and tipped them off at their Wedding reception. Today the Carlyon family welcome Emma Carlyon to the family - a new Daughter in-law, Sister in-law and Auntie to Rosie. Mr Carlyon junior - Stuart Carlyon has tied the knot. We couldn’t be happier for them and their wonderful family. Congratulation to you both xxxxx
Our JCB has returned from work, valeted thoroughly inside and out and is prepped ready for a big job tomorrow. A job that we’ve never done anything like before in our 120 year business history. A video will be posted, watch this space.......
Graham was recently asked if he would transport a Groom to his wedding. Graham was honoured. The donation he received for the use of the lorry went to The Chestnut Appeal For Prostate Cancer, the cancer that Graham is currently and has been fighting for 9 years. He’s doing well although needs more treatment soon, but the sun is shining and he’s out driving his truck, todays a good day ❤️.....
