My favourite little spot! Staff are super friendly know my order every time I’m in, I love that I can pre order for cakes and bread and coffee! Breakfast is amazing and healthy! Super helpful and such a lovely addition to beautiful farnham ❤️

I've been a big fan of Gail's in Farnham ever since it opened, but just recently the standard has dipped. Cold coffee, slow service, very dirty floors and unwiped tables. I'm sad to see this and in a town full of coffee shops, competition is tough. I belong to a Farnham Facebook group and have discovered I am not alone with this view. The comments are all negative. I know the food you produce is excellent, but there are no excuses for a dirty environment and sloppy service. I hope things improve - and soon!
