Whether in training or at work the food prep has always been really difficult. GAINZ can make you're life so much easier, really good quality and convenient for working and training days to make sure you get a balanced dietпҝҪпҝҪ

Well, thought I'd try some meals after a training buddy had recommended them and I'm so glad I did!

Freshly prepared food delivered to your door and a very good selection as well пҝҪ Every meal was just enough and really tasty - gutted I didn't discover them sooner! пҝҪпҝҪ

We had lunch here today and it was lovely! I had the chicken, feta, with rice and vegetables and my partner had prawns, fish, spicy rice and vegetables. It was very tasty and fresh. You can pick a sauce or spice to go with it. I took some protein balls home as well which are really nice! Thank you пҝҪ

Thought I'd join the hype and rightly so... These lads are smashing it. There food is honestly next level. I asked for measured food with flavour and I got exactly that. I was supposed to have 3 meals a day but ended up eating the full 6 as each meal is different and I couldn't resist. Massive recommendations well done. Keep it up

This is only my 1st week using Gainz, but I'm already noticing changes. I have lots more free time not having to do the prep myself and no pots to clean!!

It tastes amazing and I feel like I've got bags of energy!!

Popped in not knowing what to expect, really friendly staff, talked me through the meals, had chicken cous cous green beans kale and broccoli was amazing! Full of flavour, chicken cooked perfect and cous cous was fluffy and light :) definatley reccomend a visit lots to choose from :)

Picked up 10 prepped food boxes today. Just had the first one and it was beautiful пҝҪпҝҪ spicy beef steak with whole grain rice and kale рҹҚҪ I'm tempted to eat another one now! пҝҪ

Just had the steak halumi and housin wrap from the kitchen at dw Trafford because it smells so nice every time I walk in the place and f#*k me it blew my cranium into space. Seriously tasty defo be getting more stuff from now on. Breakfast Saturday morning I think.

Just been over and purchased a few orders... The steak and halloumi cheese with spinach wrap was gorgeous. I also had the protein waffles which really hit my sweet tooth. 100% give these guys a try whether you're looking to bulk, lean out or just aren't in the mood to prep your own food. These guys will make it to order or you can just leave it all in their hands. I'll definitely be back!!!

I'm so pleased I signed up - as a business owner and busy mummy to a 3 year old and 18 week old Gainz kitchen is taking all the stress away of shopping and cooking and enabling me to eat good wholsesome healthy meals which are suited to my nutritional needs

And even have healthy protein snacks to help sugar cravings - like fruit flapjack which was SO tasty

I have just started my weekly prep with Gainz, really good quality food, that tastes great as well.

The team are spot on, can't fault them one bit.

I run a business and finding time to prepare food to eat clean is very difficult for me, as specially when I'm trying to find time to train. So glad Gainz are about because they have made my life so much easier when it comes to my food. No more messing about trying to fit shopping and then cooking in. Just turn up pick up and crack on.

First week trying the prep meals and they are amazing!!!! So much variety, all portioned out, all filling, all healthy! I have loads of spare time now without having to do my own prep, and with 3 kids to sort aswell that's a huge help to me! Will deff be using these guys regularly! Thank you!

The food here is outstanding and the professionalism of the staff is first class. For any healthy food requirements and prep this is the best out there. Recommend!

Popped in not knowing what to expect, really friendly staff, talked me through the meals, had chicken cous cous green beans kale and broccoli was amazing! Full of flavour, chicken cooked perfect and cous cous was fluffy and light :) definatley reccomend a visit lots to choose from :)

Picked up 10 prepped food boxes today. Just had the first one and it was beautiful пҝҪпҝҪ spicy beef steak with whole grain rice and kale рҹҚҪ I'm tempted to eat another one now! пҝҪ

Just had the steak halumi and housin wrap from the kitchen at dw Trafford because it smells so nice every time I walk in the place and f#*k me it blew my cranium into space. Seriously tasty defo be getting more stuff from now on. Breakfast Saturday morning I think.

Just been over and purchased a few orders... The steak and halloumi cheese with spinach wrap was gorgeous. I also had the protein waffles which really hit my sweet tooth. 100% give these guys a try whether you're looking to bulk, lean out or just aren't in the mood to prep your own food. These guys will make it to order or you can just leave it all in their hands. I'll definitely be back!!!

It's my first week on Gainz kitchen meals and they're gorgeous! Super healthy , super tasty - Andy the owner is extremely helpful and professional - really personal and dedicated to helping you achieve your goal!

I'm so pleased I signed up - as a business owner and busy mummy to a 3 year old and 18 week old Gainz kitchen is taking all the stress away of shopping and cooking and enabling me to eat good wholsesome healthy meals which are suited to my nutritional needs

And even have healthy protein snacks to help sugar cravings - like fruit flapjack which was SO tasty

I have just started my weekly prep with Gainz, really good quality food, that tastes great as well.

The team are spot on, can't fault them one bit.

I run a business and finding time to prepare food to eat clean is very difficult for me, as specially when I'm trying to find time to train. So glad Gainz are about because they have made my life so much easier when it comes to my food. No more messing about trying to fit shopping and then cooking in. Just turn up pick up and crack on.

First week trying the prep meals and they are amazing!!!! So much variety, all portioned out, all filling, all healthy! I have loads of spare time now without having to do my own prep, and with 3 kids to sort aswell that's a huge help to me! Will deff be using these guys regularly! Thank you!

Decided to come here today for my dinner as I have started the gym , I ordered chicken, rice, hallumi and spinach wrap with chilli sauce , a protein ball and rocky road and a flapjack ! Was all very tasty. I definitely recommend people to try it! Thanks guys пҝҪxx

Absolutely loved my meal today the choice is endless and they cater to your personal taste! I have tried a few places that do this type of food and this is by far the best, no bland boring food here!! Can't wait to try more and more stuff. Thanks guys!
