The staff are friendly and I did find the perfect engagement ring here. However, the original quote they gave me for the ring was low it went up a few hundred pounds. Ordered ring in November, they said I should get the ring before Xmas but it did not happen. When the ring came it was made using yellow instead of white gold. Very upset as I had planned to propose with the ring that weekend. Credit to them, they did rhodium plate it quickly so I could present the ring as planned. The re-make of the ring took a long time, overrunning their estimated completion time a couple of times (including wasted journey to pick it up to find it was not ready). Happy with the ring now, but mistakes on original order and moving timescales are not satisfactory.
