Annual lunch of French Veterans Association 'AMAC'
Association Des Mutiles, Anciens Combattants et Victimes De La Guerre En Grande Bretagne.
... This annual lunch included 'le Gateau des Rois' or 'cake of the Kings'. If any of the diners finds a porcelain figure in their slice of the cake they become notional King or Queen for the occasion. This is a tradition from France dating back to the fourteenth century.
The President of 'AMAC', Guy Audibert, is also a committee member of G&DI.
The President attended both as a member and representing G&DI.
