Game Hull Prospect Centre

Store staff are absolutely useless. Said they couldn't match the game online price then was told to order online and pick up in Store but can't be that day. Then after site problems was then told the store had sold out although it was in the store still. Bloody useless ignorant staff. Never return to game again.

Told I didn't need WiFi or internet to set my Xbox one up. So I was lied too, just for a sale!

Useless, preordered a headset went in 3 times to collect and it hadnt arrived. Got in touch with the managment team and they replied within 3 days and then stopped responding all together. Never going back.

My son had his 13th birthday party at the belong suite within this game store, they had an absolutely fantastic day with 9 of his friends, the staff where outstandingly patient as the kids kept swapping games, and occasional shouting. A fantastic venue with outstanding customer service for all things tech.

Belong is a great place to leave kids and/or teens who do not want to go shopping for whatever reason and it's so worth it

The staff are very friendly once I bought Rainbow six siege with a year 2 pass but i didn''t get the code. I came the next day and they were very nice again but then i had a refund as they didnt have another code. The staff ordered me the game from their website so I have my game.

Aside from the occasional not so helpful staff, this store is my favourite. Once you have identified the truly helpful and knowledgeable staff, stick with them. Exceptionally accommodating, friendly, building a rapport over time and value you as a customer.

Friendly and helpful staff, prices are on par or cheaper than other retailers in Hull.

Lots of game good prices

Game is one of the best game stores around ok it can be expensive at times, but on trade they cannot be beat on trade ins and alot of the time they work out cheaper than places like cex and grainger games
