Pokémon Sword and Shield *News from the Nintendo Pokémon Direct
The new titles are to take place in the Galar Region, With wide open spaces and many cities.
... Like in previous Pokémon games, the aim is to become the Pokémon champion by battling Pokemon Trainers and Gym Leaders. Gym battles are aired thoughout the region on TV, with cheering crowds to excite.
Find new and old friends in the Wild Area. Find them walking around, flying in the sky, swimming or even hiding in grass. The Pokémon found depend on the location and also the weather.
The direct introduced some new Pokémon: Wooloo, Gossifleur, Drednaw, Croviknight and Eldegoss. Find more new and exciting pokemon in the game!
The Direct also showed off the new Raid Battles that are to take place in Pokémon Sword and Shield. By joining up with 4 other players, local or online, work together to beat Dynamax Pokémon. Dynamax Pokémon are large pokemon whos power is increased along with its size. Dynamaxing your pokémon is also possible during battles, but be warned it only lasts 3 turns, so choose you timing correctly.
Pokémon Sword and Shield to be released worldwide on 15th November 2019!
