Excellent customer service today by Lewis who replaced a knocked over toffee latte without even being asked!!!! What a credit to your team!

Ordered signature meal, got what I ordered, all hot and tasty 😋, very clean to sit in and eat the cleaner was constantly wiping tables, sweeping and keeping on top of things.

Chips not over hot, music soooo loud. But will go again I expect.

Came in last night absolute chaos. One server.packed full.when I finally got our meals the chips where not cooked enough half warm.not nice at all.i will not hurry back.

Ordered a signature spicy and was given the BBQ

French fries were rather limp and my toffee latte was Luke warm . Replacement burger was good as was piping hot for a change

Your service is terrible! Rude and slow, waited 10 minutes for food, it wasn't busy. 2 people on tills and only 1 making up the orders. If your staff moved there fat fucking arses a bit quicker you might get through the orders a bit more promptly!

Water leak though the main roof in the seating area. Mmmm, water and electricity with a restaurant full of people. � � �

Useless every single time they get it wrong

Since McDonald's, has started taking your order and giving you a ticket number like argos, the waiting times for food have tripped. Went in yesterday and it was packed full of people just standing around waiting to be served. There were two tills and one server. There were so many staff walking around doing nothing and so many cooking and filling out orders. This one server I felt sorry for because he was trying to get the cues down but he was unable to do this because no one was helping him. I don't see why you can't go back to the old system where they fill give you your drinks after they have taken your order, it was much quicker. I came in with my friend and her 6 year old so we had to take it in turns, so this meant my 4 year old had to wait so long to get her meal, by the time she got it my friend and her daughter had already finished. I tried to use the computers but they were so confusing it took longer to work out than you stand and wait. It was pure chaos in there. Only two tills with only one working when there was loads of staff on just wandering about doing nothing is not acceptable on a bank holiday Monday!

Sat in the drive thru for 10minutes to wait to be asked what I would like to order to then have to wait to pay and then wait a further 20 minutes to then receive my food without an apology for the wait to then go and park for it to be cold!!!

Not a Mc Donalds fan it never fills me up. I'll have a banana milkshake. Kids only want to play in outdoor area 2 visits in 2 years and still play area is closed and out of order

Litteraly poped in for an espresso at 8am and waited like 20 minutes. I saw them make it and it sat on the counter for like 10 minutes before someone picked it up and called my number. So it was like luke warm.....

I odered alot of food at the drive through, now im home and they forgot lots of food but we still paid for it. Not excusable!

I brought my grandson in for his tea yesterday. Ordered him a happy meal and I ordered a burger meal . Waited a while which I don't mind as my thinking was well at least it will be hot. (Which it very rarely is) sat down with it and it was barely luke warm. My grandson was happy with his so I took mine back they said they would change it. Half hour or so later still no meal! So I asked a young lad who said he would go get me one...i said no thanks as my grandson had finished. He politely offered a refund which I accepted. We go to the MacDonalds near Norwich airport when we are nearby which is so much better and at least has

some heat in it...who wants to eat a cold burger! This has happened more than once in this branch with the good being cold by the time it gets to you!

Has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've been in. Food was cold & the place wasn't the cleanest.
