Gardeners Cottage, Blakeney, Norfolk

Visited the Burnham Market annual summer craft fair yesterday . Lovely event and stunning setting on the green . Burnham Market is a pretty Georgian village about a 25 minute drive from Blakeney along coast and a little in land . Well worth a visit.

Beautiful place

The Agapanthus in cottage garden are incredibly drought resistant and are loving the hot dry summer. Going to split them and plant more this autumn.

Crabpot books in Cley is a little treasure trove of quality second hand books for adults and children and well worth a visit. Our children used to love going in there to look for books. It’s on the coast road in centre of Cley near the windmill

Just love this beautiful beach. This is the gorgeous Holkham Beach at Wells Next to the Sea. The first time I saw it I was convinced it was the beach from the film Pirates of the Caribbean #Norfolk #bestbeaches

A friend recommended this lovely coffee shop in Cromer . Great coffee, light lunches and wonderful cakes and all very reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back.

Popped into the Woodgate garden centre in Aylsham to pick up some plants for cottage garden to extend our flowering season. Lots of choice . Lovely nursery and tearoom with home baked cakes 🍰

We recently stayed for a weekend at Gardeners cottage and couldn't recommend it enough. Absolutely beautiful home and gardens; plenty of room for us all too: 6 adults and 3 dogs! The main feature of the house has to be the kitchen; it was huge and made it the perfect communal space for everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This is such a fabulous property. The owners have put so much thought into ensuring that every little detail is taken care of. The decor is gorgeous & it's absolutely immaculate. You won't want to leave!

This cottage is delightful and very homely. The decor is lovely and the house is fully equipped with everything. Couldn’t recommend it enough and the beds are soooo comfortable.

Everything we needed was a short walk or drive away. I highly recommend this cottage. It's one of the best places I have stayed in Norfolk - we really didn't want to leave!
