Dancing Art Academia presents an evening of Indian Classical and Semi-Classical Dances and Bollywood Songs. This unique event brings together a rich variety of art forms from across India, depicting the brilliance and beauty of its culture.
Come and discover the colorful heritage of India and let the magic of dance steal you away. With exotic rhythms and mesmerizing songs you will feel as though you’ve stepped into another world!
There will also be food stalls of Pani puri, D...ahi Vada, Ragda Patties and other exotic Indian street food as well as interesting ethnic jewelry.

Dancing Art Academia has organised a free Kathak workshop by the Centre for Advanced Training Centre Subject Leader Sujata Banerjee, on Saturday 6th of June 2015 from 4-6 pm at St. Mary's Parish Church, Canning road, Croydon, CR0 6QD. It will be beneficial for all age groups especially between 11-16 years. Parents are most welcome to join. The workshop will include sessions on body conditioning especially relevant to Kathak style, session on Kathak technique and so...me creative learning. It is suitable for non dancers, beginners or advanced students.
