Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.

I had my hair cut today by Katie (with some assistant from Yvonne) who needed a model to practise on - I'm so impressed with my hair - I can't stop tossing it around! The staff were all really lovely and efficient! Also, they have massage chairs when you're getting your hair washed!

Will definitely be returning.

I would highly rate this salon! The salon is very modern and your made to feel like to visiting a nice luxury salon. Very important to have good tea and coffee and very welcoming staff. Stairs can be an issue for someone who is unable to get up them. I found the staff all friendly apart from the owner who I didn't get a nice welcoming from, very disapointing as the place is clearly making her a lot of money should have a big smile on her face! Only improvement is the owner to take tips from her staff on presentation.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty disappointed with the cut I received here a few days ago- I've since had to trim parts of it myself to make it even. I guess it's my own fault for choosing the cheapest stylist option... I assumed that only having about half an inch trimmed off, with no change in style, should've been easy enough for a more amateur stylist. Apparently I was wrong.
