Garnish Description
As a head chef for the last 10 years and with 20 years behind me in the industry and after working with and fore some privileged people, I have the knowledge and attributes to make a food functional, fun and flavoursome. . I can cook to rosette level 2 standard. I have found myself inspired and in ore of the ability’s and diversity out there in this region of food, its culinary direction and diversity. My cooking style is old school classic French training and I could use that in my advantage in various situations and adapt my cooking skills to different clients. I’ve worked in various structures of catering and have the diversity to show. I love food and everything it represents from growing to cooking to eating

Wow what an experience!!
Whilst Dave was cooking up a storm in the kitchen Sally was handing us glasses of prosecco in the hot tub - perfect!
The food was INCREDIBLE and all of the guests haven’t stopped talking about it since. Fresh, good quality and full of flavour. When dinner was ready Dave came and told us about each dish which was a really nice touch.
Sally was a star cleaning up after us all! A very lovely couple and would highly recommend. Thank you both for a fab evening!
We had Garnish do a pop up pub on our village hall today. Very decent carvery lunch, choice of lamb or beef , both cooked pink, just as I like it. Decent vegetables, not over cooked. Good bar with all the normal offerings, even Tarquins gin! Hope it’s well supported by the locals. We will be back next month for the next one.
Incredible Asado evening at Coombetrenchard Manor hosted by Dave and his partner Sally. A brilliant evening of authentic Argentinian cuisine, served with so much passion and love! Thanks for making it a birthday to remember.
For my Husbands surprise 60th Birthday party Dave from Garnish cooked an amazing 5 course meal for us and 8 of our closest friends at a private dining function in our house. My husband was blown away! Sally served the food and drinks and the whole evening was just perfect. I would highly recommend Garnish, the quality and service was Outstanding!!
