Physiotherapy for joint, back and neck pain, sports injuries and rehabilitation after surgery.

Exclusively state /HPC registered Physiotherapists.

We have a specialist Pilates studio with classes run by an instructor who is also a physiotherapist. We have a maximum of 8 participants per class.

The Current Pilates timetable is Monday 7pm, Tuesday 5. 30pm & 7pm, Thursday 6. 15pm and 7. 30 and Friday 12 noon and 2pm. All Classes last for one hour.

We can also arrange appointments people with Neurological or Paediatric problems.
