Started circuit training last Saturday, a body part a day plus abs, with a mix of kickboxing moves thrown in. 30 seconds, 30 seconds, bodyfat has gone down 1 percent! Not bad for a weeks trial so decided to keep it up till the end of the month! Love to keep my body fit n healthy as well as my mind! 💪💪👊 #mindsetcoach #personaldevelopment

Many people's anxieties and fears are usually grounded in future events which haven't occurred yet, or from deeply bedded significant emotional issues from the past. Saturday today and I tend not to over think work most weekends as I like to have time to myself and not think about anything work related at all.
However, I do like to remain in a positive and productive state. So to that affect this morning I was up at 7.30am, cleaned and tidied up my home from top to bottom, prepped my meals for the week,did my shopping and ironed my clothes for next week.
Apart from loving the feeling of a fresh, tidy and clean home, it keeps me ahead of t...he game ready for next week :) Have you guys done anything similar, how's your Saturday been?

Yesterday I asked about if you did goal setting and today I'd like to share my daily routine (ritual) with you and see how it compares: So the very first thing I on awakening is this, without any preamble whatsover, I jump into a freezing cold shower and stay there for a minimum 2 minutes (why it's always freezing cold is a topic for another post, but needless to say it has innumerable health benefits) then after dressing I spend around 3 minutes doing some deep breathing exe...rcises, 3 minutes being absolutely grateful for everyone and everything in my life, and finally 3 to 5 minutes on actually visualising my day and how I foresee it unfolding. This is different from my goal setting, that's done on different days, but the morning visualisations are purely for creating the flow of my day and I've found it's a powerful way to create that what I desire! How about you guys, routines, rituals, nothing, play it by ear?
