Only stopped for lunch , food excellent ,friendly welcoming staff . Like to come back for longer stay.

I just came back from a weekend in Butlins called in by the off chance for cooked dinner yesterday. Absolutely stunning food and service Lauren who served us was brilliant. It was last minute and there was 13 of us

Very kind staff. Nice family room. Great breakfast. Difficult to take a decent shower unless you like being boiled and iced all in one shower.

Very comfortable and up to date hotel. Only stayed one night but would definitely go back.

Rooms are ok, decor dated but as place is for sale understandable that they don't want to spend money on it. Bar staff friendly and evening meals aren't bad actually, certainly better than most places in minehead. Rated 3* in some places, 2* in others which is probably more a fair reflection.
